Duo Tedesco sweeps its listeners away into the world of the guitar. 

The focus is on the music of Spain and South America. 

Romantic melodies are woven together with the rhythms of the southern

 climes to form a network of passionate expression and southern flair.

 You will hear songs of, among others, A. Piazzolla, A. Montes, M. de

 Falla, M. Castelnuovo-Tedesco, C. Franck.

Barbara Hölzer can already look back on a long career as a concert

 guitarist.  She has been a guest guitarist far beyond the borders of Europe

 in a variety of chamber music ensembles in the USA (New York, 

Carnegie Hall), Russia, South Korea, etc. As a result of her continuous

 production of CDs as well as her performances for radio and television,

 BH enjoys an international reputation as an exceptional guitarist.

Barbara Hennerfeind is a concert guitarist and stylistic eclecticist. In

 addition to her solo repertoire, Barbara performs with the author Cornelia 

Boese and with the narrator Elmar Gunsch. She is also the guitarist for the

 Flamenco ensemble Danzaluna  as well as the duo Agua y Vino.

 Numerous CD recordings document her musical influence. Guest 

appearances at the Stadttheater Würzburg have given her the opportunity

 to collaborate in the production of various opera performances.
